I purchased a Z77 Sabertooth from Asus. I have an i7 (3370) and only one stick of RAM (8GB)

when I run Memtest86+, bad memory is reported.

I assumed a bad stick, so I tried a second of a different brand, then a third.

I would really like to turn off ALL overclocking features on the Z77, to use proper voltages and clocks, etc.

Can someone help guide me into a stable system? I'm happy to lose the performance, very frustrating
