Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti good enough?

Hello, I am building a new rig for gaming and my friend told me he had a spare GTX 560 Ti. It's the MSI Twin Frozr 2. I am wondering if this card is going to be good enough to play most games that are out right now on medium settings? I'm not going to be running anything too intensive, just some rts/rpg games on 1080p res. How about it?

Should be fine, I game with one and have no problems. I do higher than 1080p but dont do intensive gaming, CS: Source or L4D. Never have any problems with it. I think I was running skyrim high setting with no probs either.
