i7 920 at 3.1 ghz bottleneck a gtx 660?

If a 920 would bottleneck that gpu, what ghz would i have to run for it not to? this cpu is limited to 3.4 as it seems to be a weak one.
also if not...would it if i got another 660 in sli?

There is no way to tell for sure if it will or won't. I don't think that you would get a bottleneck with a single 660 though. 2 may get bottlenecked though.

Clock speed isn't everything; with older CPUs clock speed was more important, less so now.

I would say you'd see bottlenecking, and certainly with two 660s in SLI. I have a i7 3770 and I'd be confident to stick another 660 in there with that, but I don't think you'd see good results with your i7 920. I really recommend upgrading your CPU, but IMO you should wait until the Haswell CPU family is released by Intel. Gonna be worth the wait methinks.
