Opinion on new pc build around $1000

Hey guys, would appreciate some feedback on components for my new pc before I go off to the store. I'm primarily using it for digital painting on photoshop but also would like to play games on the side on high setting pretty well.

(all prices are in CAD)

case - corsair carbide 200r - $79

cpu+mb (bundle deal at memory express) - core i5 3570k w/ asus p8z77 combo - $ 339

memory - corsair vengeance lp 16gb DDR3 (2+ 8gb) 1600Mhz - $119

video - evga Geforce GTX 660 superclocked 2gb 219.99

storage 1 - Crucial SATA III SSD 128 gb
storage 2 - ???

PSU - ???



so main area I'm not clear about is:

1) is 16gb memory sufficient or will upping it to 32 gb make a difference in performance for photoshop?

2) I've been researching best HDD setup for performance and would like to get input on most efficient configuration on budget. Would a ssd for OS and application + a regular disc drive for storage be enough? or should i go for a second ssd for scratch disc / work file? (would getting more ram be better use of my money?)

also any general opinion or suggestion for power supply / other add-ons that might be necessary would be welcomed.

One SSD for OS plus applications should be enough.
Get a second HDD for storage.
16 GB ram is enough.
Get a 500 to 550 or 600W PSU.
Go with Corsair, or if you have budget constraints, try Antec.
Try the Corsair CX600, if you want to go for more wattage this one will be great...

The extra wattage may come in handy if you want to add or upgrade some components later on.
Whichever PSU you get, make sure it is 80 Plus certified.
