Cookie.Rub issue keeps returning?

So as the title says, I keeping getting this Cookie.Rub thing. Im not sure if its something serious or not. Ive done my research on it but what Ive found it very vague. I dont want to say its a virus...but I dont know.

Ive got BitDefender and it says the file name is: C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\LA6JKDB8

And thats just one example: the end file names change with each 'infection'.

Any feedback would be awesome. TH has never failed me before!
