Is 70 degrees too high for the 650Ti SSC?

I just got the card today. It usually hang around 60 degrees on Skyrim with Ultra settings. If I play Bioshock Infinity at Ultra, then it will go to 67-73 degrees. Planetside 2 hangs around 58-65.

I have a Corsair GS700 with a stock case that I'll be upgrading at the end of the month. I'm wanting to make sure that it's not going to crash on me. Also, I'm using Precision with the fans running at 70%.

Yeah, I wouldn't start getting worried unless it was getting 80+ unoverclocked.
