I went to this link to know if I have enough power for my build. It turns out I need about 1000W for a stable system that can last for more than a year (10-20% capacitor aging).

So I'm looking between the Corsair HX1050 or AX1200. They're both 80 Plus Gold so I wonder which one is best for the buck and future upgrades. Here's the specs of my build if that can help you out:

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4Ghz (OC @ 4.1Ghz)
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
Memory: 2x4GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance LP
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 660 Ti DirectCU II OC
SSD: Crucial M4 120GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
PSU: Corsair HX 650W
Case: Antec Eleven Hundred
CPU heat-sink: Cooler Master Hyper N520
6 fans

Thank you for your help.

You could run that computer with a good 550w PSU with a good 12V rail, heck that corsair you have is more then enough since its a 54A on the 12v rail. you could technically run 2 GTX 660's in SLI on that lol.

Really? Seems there's a big dilemma now since I'm getting other people (close friends) telling me that 650W isn't enough + the website below
http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

However I made an error on the first thread : I need 578W or 714W if going SLI in the future. Regardless of the new results, I'm still not convinced by that number and I'm looking to change my PSU in case I'm going SLI or water colling in the future. Still, your help is greatly appreciated.
