I have a 120 gig IDE hard drive that I put windows on and I wanted more space on my computer so I tried putting in a second 200 gig IDE hard drive on the same cable leading to the first, the problem this created however is that it doesnt show the 200 gig, and when I got into BIOS, it says that I have one as the Channel 0 Master (I assume that is the 120 gig) and that I have one as the Channel 1 Master (the 200 gig). How would I get it so I have 1 as Channel 0 Master an 1 as Channel 0 Slave?

You can't have two masters on the same IDE channel. Look at the cover of the drive. They usually show the correct jumper position to make it a slave. If not, check the drive manufacturer's web site and it will list the correct jumper position to make the drive a slave.
