looking forward to buy new pc for my little sister...
specially for documenting, streaming, low graphic gaming...
contain processor, graphic card, ram, hard disk, motherboard...

or you can hunt craiglist for a 4+ year old computer, or see if a friend has one laying around otherwise, you really don't have choices in the 150 dollar range
