Alright
My specs at the moment are

i5-3570
500w power supply
500gb hardrive upgrading to 2tb when buying the graphics card
8gb Ram
ECS H61H2-M2 motherboard
and a 6670 1gb radeon at the moment because my radeon 7850 stopped working

if you need more information on any of the parts let me know

oh and im currently using a Lg Flatron E2351 23" on hdmi

Sorry to hear about the Radeon, hope it was within warranty, mate :( .
Given your specs, the 650Ti is the way to go, just bear in mind it's two tiers down on the HD7850 previously installed so a 660 (non Ti) might be a better option, budget permitting.

out of the two you have asked...the gtx 650 ti is definiteley the better option.
But tbh u have experienced the raw power of a hd 7850 ....so going to a 650ti wouldn't be a good decision...

I'd say that is the 7850 was in warranty, get it replaced but if not, then go for a gtx 560 or a 660....i think a 650ti would be pointless at the moment

The Radeon was performing awesome for about 2 months then decided to completely stop working which was a let down but I'm think the 660 would be better because its cheaper and ill have more money for the next upgrade in about 6 months or so

My current budget is 200-250 dollars but is rather save as,much as possible for a better graphics card in the future
