Would 7770/7850 bottleneck this system?

I have an Athlon II x3 at 3.1GHz and 4 gig's of 800MHz DDR2, currently using 512MB HD4850. I'm actually fine with that, stable 100 FPS at CS:GO and most of others, but games like BF3 are not even playable at lowest settings as 4850 has only 512MB VRAM. I was gonna buy either 7770 or 7850 but I thought I'd better ask if it'll be ok with my other components. There is no chance to overclock more than 3.1GHz thanks to shitty GF8200 mobo (+ it can't unlock 4th core and L3). So if I buy 7850, will I be able to use it 100%? or should I buy 7770? and will I be able to use that one 100%? Thank you.

Buy 7770 and you might be able to utilize most if not all of it. 7850 won't be any better without CPU upgrade. Idk about system compatibility.
