Upgrading CPU and MOBO, Will I need to reinstall windows?

I am upgrading my GA-M55SLI-S4 to an Asrock 970 Extreme3 And my AMD Athlon 64 X 2 to an AMD PHENOM X4 965 BE..

Will I need To reinstall windows? I use windows 7 64 bit.. thank you.. I am also upgrading Ram buy I don't think ram would make me reinstall..

In all likelihood you will need a repair install or a clean install for Win 7 to work. The drivers for the mobo and CPU will probably 99% + not work with the new CPU amd mobo.
