Best GTX 670 for Performance?

I'm looking for an excellent card that will last 3 years of gaming for me, which card is the best? I have a budget of about $450. Overclocking is a huge plus and so is a 3 year warranty. Cooling might also be important, since I live in a place that's usually 90°F outside. So far I've been favoring MSI's 670 PE or the Asus 670.

I would take the asus they have a good setup and the fans rarely spin up enough to make noise. Plus being the 670 its the 2 slot cooler which I like more than the 680 version that takes 3 slots.
