My computer new assembled pc intel DH61ww motherboard ,i3 LGA2100 processor did not shutdown correctly,i given motherboard service to intel. i change the OS win_7
affter one week i get new problem when i start the power button "Starting Windows" screen, and shows the Win7 animation, then it shows a black screen appear nothing after that. Ctrl + Alt + Del does nothing...

After the black screen i restarted two are three time then only starting as usual
I'm not sure whether the OS files are damaged, hardware

Try booting in SAFE MODE.
Restore your PC to earlier date.
