I threw together an AMD build that I may want to purchase in the future and I would like it to be "looked over" to see if it has everything it needs. Since this would be my first build I would like to know if I am forgetting anything. I would also like suggestions if anyone knows a better part for a similar price. DON'T suggest Intel or Nvidia, this is an AMD build.

iin my opinion it is good enough to max out any game in the market
!)
i have that cpu but i think 15 3570k would be better for gaming . this processor is for is for heavy multitasking and is not bad at gaming
as you want amd so go for it
2)xfx is a good brand
instead of Xfiring go for a single 7970(sapphire vapourX edition )
3) 16 gb memory is enough
4)HDD is good
5) psu is fine
6)i would suggest to go with crosshair v formula z but its still good mobo
7)i also have the same case . go for it
8)get the cooler its very good
9)os may hard to use at the start but after sometime you'll love this os like me

nice build overall
i also have many parts same int the build
i have the
cpu
gpu a 7970
8 gb corsair vengeance
same hdd
psu is gs700
cooler
i have msi military class 990fxa gd80
same case
and the same os

1. Go 8GB 1600MHz ram
2. go WD blue
3. ASRock 970/990 Extreme 4 , Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
4. 7870? go 7870 XT
5. i'm not sure about minimum power requirement for CFX 7870 XT, go with 850W to be safe because minimum power requirement for CFX 7950 is 750W
6. H60? go air cooling. Zalman Performa/Xigmatek GAIA/ CM hyper 212/ Sycthe Shuriken B3
