Good or Bad Ram ?

Basically I'm getting some CPU spikes in BF3 with my new GTX 670. Haven't found anything yet in performance tests, apart from the RAM. In the performance test it seems really slow.

This is the RAM that I have:

I got 3 of those making 12GB RAM. Is there anything wrong with them, or do the results look normal to you guys?

What type of motherboard do you have ? Have you tried running the benchmarks with only 2 modules ?
