Bought Computer for $300 on Craigslist..Did I strike Gold?

So this guy was having financial problems so he sold me his gaming rig for $300 on Craigslist. Did I strike gold? or oil? lol. Specs go as follows:
Processor - AMD Phenom X6 1090t OC'ed to 3.5 ghz
Motherboard - MSI 790FX-GD70
Video Cards - (2x) MSI Radeon HD 5850 1 GB GDDR5
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 16gb (4x4)
PSU - Corsair AX1200
Hard drive - 750gb seagate, 7200 RPM
Case - Cooler Master HAF 932
DVD Drive - Dell Dimension Optiplex
