Flashing BIOS Error

Hi , i have an Asus M5A78LM LX , and i update the bios in Windows with the utility of Bios Update of Asus , and i have an error that says " The bios cant be flashed" . So now my PC dont start . The monitor flashes , the screen is all black , and the keyboard and mouse doest be recognize . I try the solution of the pendrive with the bios named M5A78LM.rom , and dont work . What can i do , a clear CMOS can work or not ?

Hi,
Yes, try firstly clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for few minutes).
If still the same, you can order a BIOS chip on ebay and replace the board's one (it's on socket).
