here's my build:

Asus P8Z77 V LE Plus
Intel i5 3570k
Corsair Vengeance 8 Gb.
Samsung 840 Pro SSD
Samsung DVD Burner

Wich Power supply do you recommend me & a nice cooler system?

Some people have recommend me a fews but I haven't decided: Corsair TX W650, Seasonic M12II 620 bronze & the Thermaltake TR2-R700

PS: In a few months I'm planning to order a nice video card for gaming, another 8 Gb Ram & a HDD.

You can't go wrong with Corsair or Seasonic power supplies. Some of the newer Thermaltake PSUs are decent, but out of those three I'd go with either the Corsair or Seasonic.

Actually, there's a v2 of the TX650 that I would recommend:

If you're looking for an inexpensive air cooler, I personally like this one:

XIGMATEK Gaia SD1283
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233082 $19.99

I used it in my last build and have been very happy with it. The only thing I did was order another 120mm fan and set it in a push-pull configuration. That's not really necessary, but does help with temps a little.

This Powersupply should be all that you would ever need even if you'd want to do a crossfire or SLI setup. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182073
I would shell out the extra money on a big unit right away, otherwise, these will handle most single GPU setups: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013

This is what everyone runs when they don't want to spend a bunch on a heatsink, there really isn't any need for anything more http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

Are you including a graphics card??? Do you plan on upgrading in the future? than I reccomend a 600-700w power supply and if not a 400w power supply should be good enough

The OP said that he was planning on ordering a gaming video card in a few months...

Well than a trusted 700w power supply is the way to go, unless ur going to make a godlike computer... you might need something that has more power

These PSU's work fine, but for $10 more, you can get that 750w 80+gold unit from Rosewill. Yes it's worth $10 for sure.

Have you narrowed it down to a couple possibilities? You can't go wrong with any of the recommendations you've received. Just choose the one that fits your budget. I, personally, would make the decision between these two:

XFX Core Edition PRO550W
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013 $69.99 - $10 rebate

CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020 $89.99 - $20 rebate

Those are both high quality PSUs that will easily power your system even after you get your GPU. I don't see any reason to get a 750W PSU unless you're considering a multiple GPU setup in the future.
