Nvidia 2d surround problem

I currently have 3 monitors. When I go to Nvidia Control Panel. And Click on Span displays with surround. Whatever monitor I have plugged into the HDMI port will not let me span across that display.
I am running 2 GTX660 SLI with Iiyama E2773HDS plugged into DVI, Iiyama E2773HD plugged into DVI, Iiyama G2773HS Plugged into HDMI port.

My 660ti and my Titan both had/have a display plugged in to the HDMI slot. Try a different HDMI slot on the other card or a different cord?

Why not plug the 3rd one into the DVI slot of the 2nd card? This is an Nvidia setup, they let you do that.

What hz are you trying to run the screens at? HDMI will be limited to 60hz so if you have them running higher than 60hz one screen will not work. Drop all your hz down then give it another go.
