will i have more dedicated graphics memory with 64 bit windows 7 than in 32 bit version? I have 128mb but on xp i have 256mb... Or can i fix this anyway possible?

I'm not exactly sure with what you're saying but do you mean that 64 bit win7 has more dedicated memory than the 32 bit version? I'm pretty sure it comes down to what gpu you're using and the only difference between 32 bit and 64 bit is the amount of ram available to use.
