My mom wants a new computer soon and has a low budget, so this it what i tossed up. Any suggestions?

Not really..

Her current computer isnt too terrible.. Like 4-5 years old

I think these are the basic sepcs
Some amd CPU (2.8ghz dual core)
3GB of RAM (DDR2 I think and it is 2x1gb + 2x512MB)
500GB HDD (It is dying and is really slow)
and other stock DELL parts

Switch out that single stick of ram for 2 x 4 gigs, other than that it looks pretty good for $350
