I am having some problem with the DNS when I use the nslookup command. I get 2 second timeout error.

Problems which I am facing:
1. My download speed is really good but the browsing speed is really slow..

2. I need to hit refresh button several times to open any page. This happen in all the browsers I use.

Hard to say. You are using your router are a DNS proxy in effect. Either the router has a issue or the DNS the router is using (most likely your isp) has a issue.

Try hardcoding the DNS to a public DNS server like 8.8.8.8 or 4.2.2.2

as bill001g says, use Google 8.8.8.8 it never fails!!

Is your router running local DNS as well? Are you logging and if so what do your logs say?
