Is this GeForce GTX 650 a good card

I want to play games like bioshock infinite, tomb raider 2013, planetside 2 and bf3 on mid-low setting on a non-HD 1440X990 monitor will this GeForce GTX 650 (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4501123&CatId=73870) be sufficient and if not can you recommend a good card for under $110 that can be used in a 430 80+ PSU.

At 1440x900 it will run any of those games at high settings. And it is fine with a 430W PSU of good quality. You can save shipping cost by getting it at Newegg or amazon. They usually have it at that price with free shipping.
