So I've finished my build here are my specs before my question:
AMD 8350 OC 4.6 @1.47v
Asus M5a99x EVO R2.(motherboard)
Corsair H80i water block
2x evga GTX 680 SC SLI
Corsair HX1050x PSU
Samsung 840 pro 512gig

This is my Case: http://www.legitreviews.com/article/2073/1/

This is my current case fan setup:
120mm front intake
120mm bottom intake
240mm side intake
H80i set as intake(mounted rear of case)
2 Corsair Air Series AF120 Quiet Edition 120mm fans as top exhaust

All fans are at stock speeds except the H80i fans which I adjust depending on what I'm doing.
Is this good case airflow?

Those are fine, I used to love fans myself, but eventually got over it and unplugged some during upgrades. What I have found is that front intake, rear exhaust, and top exhaust are more than whats neccessary and are the most important. Lower side fans help cool GPU's but otherwise don't seem to make much of a difference actually.
