FATAL1TY 750W PSU strange noises??

i have owned the OCZ FATAL1TY 750W power supply for almost a year now and have begun to notice very strange noises. First, there is a constant ultra high pitched squeal that im pretty sure is coming from the fan that appeared and is persistent. Also, there is a rather loud rattling/buzzing from within the PSU that has intensity that directly corresponds with the intensity of graphics of the game im playing. its very strange because its like directly from the graphics, for example as I look around in a game like Bioshock infinite, if i stare at the floor its barely audible but as soon as i look out it increases.

Is there anything i can do? is it enough to warrant the manufacturer to replace it with the warranty on the product? Should i be worried about this at all or just ignore it.

it reacts the same way but the noise is not the same, it much more of a buzzing than a whine but it could be the same thing

I have the same psu as you and have the same problem, did you get it fixed? I bought the psu about like 2 months ago and I just noticed that is doing that noise when I turn on SIms 3, should I just RMA?
