Best gaming PC build for beginners

I am thinking of building a gaming PC for the first time. What is the best build for beginners. I do not need monitor, OS, keyboard, mouse. I also live in the U.S. I want to play modern games such as battlefield 3 and far cry 3 on medium settings or higher

This would do well for 1680 x 1050 resolution gaming in general

With an unlocked multi chip and room to grow later, it's a great starter config ^^
