Which card should I get (Shortlist of 2 GTX 680s)

I currently have a raedon HD 6670 in my rig and I'm looking to upgrade, I'm fairly new to the whole components and matching them but I've shortlisted 2 cards which are just in my budget and I'm wondering which is better and if it's compatible with my current rig.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
CPU: AMD FX-4170
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB DDR3-1333)

They are both compatible with your system personally I don't know if you'd find much difference in the TOP version personally you could save some money and just get a 670 asus card. They are the smaller 2 slot version of the cooler so they take a lot less space. The performance difference isn't much at all. If you plan to game at 1920x1080 then I doubt you would notice much if any difference between the two.
