Matching with performance specifications

game run too slow compare with high performance .. I've 6GB of RAM and Geforce 9600 GT Gigabyte >> O.S win 7 64bit and the game PES 2013 it's too slow >>> please help !

The 9600gt is a pretty old GPU.

The 9600GT is a pretty old GPU...
It was released in early 2008, and wasn't anything special at the time either (the top end was dominated by the 8800GT, which was later rebranded as the 9800GT). So it was a card that wasn't anything special, in a generation that effectively was held back a year.

You gotta upgrade your system (or at least the GPU), even the flagship of the time (the 8800GT) cant even compare to low end cards now.

Yeah, 6 GB RAM and a 9600 GT was decent in 2008. Now it's far, far below standards.
