OK my build is at near completion just need the Motherboard and CPU, but my eyes are already on the Intel i3 3220 Ivy Bridge so leave that alone
My Current Main (not all listed) Items i have atm:
XFX Radeon 7850 Dbl Dissapation 1gb
2 GB Kingston Ram 1333 ddr3
Carbide Series® 300R Windowed Mid Tower.

NOW your guys help. I can either get
CHOICE #1 ASRock H77M LGA 1155 Intel H77 + i3 3220
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... +
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

or

CHOICE #2 ASUS H61M-A/USB3 LGA 1155 Intel H61 + i3 3220 + CORSAIR XMS 4GB DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
For exact same price as choice one litlle tad higher http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?Ite...

the thing is the motherboard isnt as good than choice 1 i believe but choice 2 comes with more ram :3

and im on budget so if u have other choice place them or stay with the 2 choices
budget is about $225

You are looking at an H61 chipset and an H77 chipset. The H61 chipset was designed around the same times as second generation iX Intel processors, while the H77 was designed for third generation iX processors like the one you have picked out. The H77 is definitely the better option, and will feature some capabilities that the older board will not, and makes your system more upgradable. For example, the older H61 board will not support SATA 3.0, and SATA 2.0 has half the data transfer speed. This won't overly cripple traditional HD where the HD itself is the bottleneck, but modern SSDs will be affected. Here's a link showing the differences: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGA_1155 .

So, yeah, the H77 Asrock is definitely worth the price difference. Then, buy yourself a stick of 1600 RAM, like this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168.... That comes to about $225. You can always upgrade to 8 gigs of RAM in the future if you find 4 isn't serving your needs.
