Basically this is just a minor issue that I had to deal with for the last couple of months, so it isn't something critical, but I was wondering how I can fix it. What happens that when I first start up windows, it goes to the splash screen that says "windows starting up" but the windows logo image doesn't appear. So I restart and gives me the screen that either wants to start up like normal, or start windows start up repair. I say normal of course, and afterwards, windows starts up like normal. So it isn't a big issue, just an annoying one. How does one go about to fix this issue?

hi fuzmaster...
I think there is a problem in bootstrap loader. I suggest you to restart your system in the safe mode.
And, try to keep a check on new software's installed by you, whether they are compatible with your OS or not.
same goes to hardware too, to be on a safer side, restore your system and make check points.
this may prevent your system from crashing as per my view...:)
