I need to replace my video card since the fan is locking up more and more. I would like to get maybe 1-2 years out of the new card with moderate gaming (ME3, Skyrim, CoD, etc).

My current PC - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... (Upgraded to Windows 7 64 Bit)

My old video card specifically: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Replacement contender: http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-nVidia-GeForce-PCI-Express-0...

Would the new card be all right for another year or two?

So you are replacing a 9800gt with a 9800gt? I would get something new and better save up another 20 bucks and get a 7750 bare minimum I would say.

Yeah, unfortunately, the budget is my limiting factor.

You could go for a 6670 it should be a little faster and consume much less power (doesn't require an 6pin power connector.)
