Silent pro is iffy, you should look online to see if people are suffering from the quality of that PSU. The wattage is fine itself but if the PSU is not made with nice components I really would STAY AWAY. Again a quick google search plus going through reviews will suffice.

Just did a thing online to see how much wattage I need on Asus. It said minimum 650W. So since I was upgrading to a sli geforce gtx 650 ti graphics card I am thinking of going for a 700w to be safe

A gtx 660 will pull maximum 280w. Those estimations are SUPER over estimated or liability reasons. You could run a gtx 670 on 500w no problem. A gtx 660 won't even be close to an issue.

SLI means 2 graphics cards, not one. You were looking at the wattage for 2 650ti's not just one. A single one would run on 450w no problem.

What power supply should I get for 1 then! Modular

If this PC is meant to be for gaming, it is all wrong.
