If this is for video editing/encoding/photoshop then great. However I would recommend a Corsair HX 650 power supply instead of the one you have. Also I recommend a Phanteks PHTC14PE instead. This is a dual tower and will cool much better. Something similar to this would be the Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E or the Noctua NH-D14.

If you want to save some money then get a 3770K instead with a normal Z77 motherboard. Get a 670 instead and overclock it. Oh, and get a Hyper 212 EVO.
