can i play 3d games and 3d movies on LG 1943c monitor

hello every one,i am Nitesh and i have a problem please help me.
can i play 3d games on lg 1943c lcd monitor.i know its not 3d ready.
my system's configuration is as below.
AMD fx 6100 processor
GIGABYTE 78lmt-s2 mother board
4 gb KINGSTON RAM
500 GB SEAGATE hard disk
COOLER MASTER CPU fan
I BALL 450 power supply
ZOTAC gtx 650 1 gb graphic card
and LG 1943c LCD monitor.
i want to play some 3d games and movies on my PC but dont know how.is there any need to upgrade any hardware or my same configuration can play those 3d stuff.
