What to do with bright LEDs at night?

Hey guys,
So I've successfully built my first computer for gaming. I love everything about the new computer and the case is gorgeous (NZXT Phantom Full Tower - Red). But, the blue LEDs it has are extremely bright. It has 3 LEDs for the fan controller as well as the power and loading light. If I keep the computer on overnight, it illuminates my whole room (I had to put the case beside my desk because it doesn't fit under it).

I was just wondering what my options are because as of now I have to either turn it off overnight or put a towel over the lights if I'm doing updates. I would like to be able to schedule defragmenting, disk cleanup, check disk, etc. overnight periodically but obviously I can't if the computers off.

Aside from just covering up the lights with a towel, are there any other options? Like software/hardware that can dim them, or better ways to cover them up? I can't be the first person with such an issue.
