Do i need a new SPU for a HD 7750 graphics card

hello i want a new graphics card a HD 7750 but i am curious if it will have enough power
i have a 400 W psu
and my motherboard is msi ms 7358 which i dont know how much power it draws
my curent graphics card is geforce gt 140 takes about 105W
a fan i dont know if that takes a lot of power i dont guess so
and a normale memory card 1 terabyte of memory

so will i need a other PSU to run the graphics card (HD 7750)?

The Radeon HD 7750 only needs a decent quality 300w. At peak power, it basically consumes about 50w of power.
