GPU overheating, crashing

I have a ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series card and when I run games like Morrowind it heats up to around 58 degrees Celsius then crashes my drivers and everything freezes until I Ctrl + Alt + Delete out of it. Please help, my system idles at 44 degrees Celsius

58c is nothing O.O gpu's can handle +100c ( not recommended!) id say 120c before frying

normally, even brand new gpus, when gaming reach 65-80c temps

I am not worried about it burning or something, just it crashes my drivers once it reaches 58 degrees
celsius and then all my games freeze.
