This is my first build and I am on a $600-650 budget. I am not looking for anything crazy, just a nice enough gaming computer. Here is what I have so far:

Crucial M4 CT256M4SSD2 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B
AZZA Solano 1000R Black / Red Japanese SECC Steel/Metal mesh in front ATX Full Tower Computer Case
and what type of power supply should I have?

You added Windows 7 on it so no and I was justifying my mistake of not having a wireless card in my first parts list

If its your first build, then stick to your budget and try out the stock cooler.
However if after about a month and you're getting irritated by the fan's buzz , then upgrade to something a lot more quieter like the cooler master 212 plus. The only disadvantage though with those aftermarket coolers (As in the case of the one here), make sure they can fit!
