Which graphics card?

I need a new graphics card, and Im pretty new in this stuff, and kinda lost in jungle mumble
whats the main diffrence vs DDR 5 and 3?
and I cant decide between these three:

DDR3 and GDDR5 are actually the type of graphics memory a gpu uses. Gddr5 is much better and has much more bandwidth than ddr3.

Well although none of those gpus are good for modern games, the gt 630 gddr5 version will be a bit faster than the hd 6570 ddr3.

You may also consider getting a gddr5 hd 6670 which is faster than these two but costs almost the same.

Ah, I see Google just thinks that it's the Euro and didn't give me any useful info at first So apparently it's usually referred to as the "BAM" (which is awesome to me ). Thanks!
