Game of Thrones Season 3 - Where can I get it?

So I have been looking online for game of thrones season 3 for a bit now, It's been 2 weeks+ and you would think they would have some form of place you could get it. (BTW this is 100% legit no torrents etc.) Does anyone know where you can find it online like itunes or amazon instant video, because I have not been able to find it. Anyways thanks for the help!
