I am planning to get a Corsair GS800 which is 800W, is that enough for these components. If not.. what is ? I am planning to overclock the CPU, RAM and GPU.

MOBO: ASRock 970 Extreme4
CPU: FX-8320 (also.. how far can I get with this one?)
GPU: Radeon HD 7970 (Dual-X fan version)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1866 CL9
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14
Water Cooling: Cooler Master Seidon 120M
(Case: I guess that's not necessary)

Thanks already. :)

800W is more than enough. :) The CPU and GPU will use the most power. But even overclocked, I doubt you can use 800W of power...Also some quick Google searches like "HD7970 overclocked power usage" and "fx8320 overclocked power usage" might yield some useful articles. Best of luck!

Is it MORE than enough for example: it all uses 500W and I got 800W. What will the rest do ? Will it over use more than it needed and heat up or something else ? :|

800W is the maximum safe power load you can place on the PSU. If you're only using 500W, then only 500W of electricity is being used.
