Black ops II

I just bought call of duty black ops 2 and i have installed it correctly but for some reason when i click on the icon play, nothing happen, the game does not start. When i went in task manager, i saw black ops 2 is running in the process section. please advise

Try running the game with the administrative rights. Right click icon - run as administrator.

Still does not work mate. I have install Hitman Sniper challenge, same problem, the game does not start.
I have a core i5, 2Gig graphic cards, 4gig Ram, win7
I don't know whats wrong and why the game is not opening.
Please help.
