laptop charger overnight

if i leave my laptop charging over night can it cause problems?

It shouldn't. In most cases once its done charging it stops. So outside of a small jump in your electric bill that you will hardly notice i seriously doubt it. Many people charge their phones and other electrical devices over night without issues.

I leave my laptop plugged in all the time. I've never run into issues (going on four years now).
