I think I have put together a decent machine from Palicomp at £650 but would appreciate thoughts and suggestions before I go ahead. Mainly used for playing Eve Online alongside some MS Office work. Looking for a degree of future proofing and decent speed.
I have tried to get the graphics / CPU / MBoard mix right for PCI-E 3, or should I ignore this and go for a better card on PCI-E 2? if so what?
Is the SSD useful to put windows onto? I dont expect any significant gaming impact but some overall improvment in system performance is hoped for.
I use two monitors (1 17in 1289by1024 and 1 23in 1920by1080 )
I tend to keep machines for several years so this is a big thing for me!
