AMD FX-4170 Overclock?

I just got a new rig and want to overclock my CPU to get more performance out of it but have no idea how to OC AMD. I see OC features in my bios like "CPU Level Up 1,2" but when I enable this the CPU only goes up to 4.4Ghz which isn't a good OC IMO.

Rig Specs:
Asus Crosshair V Formula Mobo
16GB Kingston HyperX 1600Mhz Ram (2x 8GB)
Thermaltake Touphpower Grand 850w PSU
EVGA GTX 560 TI 448 Classified Ultra 1.2GB
120GB Samsung 840 SSD
500GB Seagate Barracuda HDD
Windows 7 Pro 64Bit
NZXT Switch 810 Case w/ 10x 140mm Cougar Vortex Fans
Antec H20 620 Liquid cooler.

Note every setting is set back to defaults via reset cmos button.

I want to get at least 5.0Ghz out of the CPU on this current setup before I consider getting a better liquid cooler. Idle temps on STOCK clocks are around 18-22c under full load on Prime95 36-45c.

All the FX cpu's are unlocked so they all overclock in the same basic way. Hope this is helpful.
