Striped Lines on System Startup

When I boot my computer, there are vertical lines on one monitor and horizontal lines on another. Sometimes it will be lines on one and a black screen on another. It is random, mostly. I am unable to do anything when it happens and but reset my computer, only for it to happen again and again. It will happen in the first 30 minutes, if it does happen. Do I have a defective GPU? Is there any I can do to fix it? Thanks in advance.

- MSI 990FX MOBO
- AMD FX 6120 CPU
- AMD 7770 GPU (I do have another AMD GPU in the MOBO that I do not use. I believe it is the 7450)
- 650 watt PSU

As idiotic as it sounds, I am not sure how to put a picture up without a URL. If anyone can tell me, I will gladly show you the lines.

Does anybody have any thoughts, ideas, opinions, or advice on this matter at all?

Unfortunately it sounds like bad VRAM. Since you said you have another GPU, I think it would be worthwhile to try it.
