So I am wanting to build a budget gaming/work PC but I first need some advice.

I already have everything besides motherboard and CPU and GPU.

What I want to ask is, should I wait for the Richland APU to come out or would an Intel Core i3 with an HD 7770 be a stronger combo?

And also when does the Richland APU come out exactly?

Thanks!!

Whats your budget? That is an important point we need to know when suggesting builds and such.

Edit: Personally I would avoid the APUs, even on a budget build. There is little reason to get an APU for anything but a dedicated media system or your standard run-of-the-mil facebook/web searching/seedboxing system. You will loose alot of processing power to the APUs ability to give "Dedicated GPU-like graphics". There is also a trade-off. You will be spending less money on the APU but much more on wicked fast RAM (since the APU uses the RAM as both graphics ram and system ram). Also, there is no need to get an APU when you plan on buying a dedicated GPU later on down the line.

Take a look at my build and this website here (http://www.logicalincrements.com/)
Cheers!
