I am looking for a graphics card that will be used for a gaming setup.

This is my current rig so far:

Rosewill Challenger Case
AS Rock Z77 Extreme 4 Mobo
i5-3570k CPU
Ares G.skill DD3 16GB (8x2)
450W Rosewill PSU
- Fan facing down
Cooler Master Silent Fans (x2) - on Side panel pulling air in

So my question is: What is a decent Graphics card that's under $300?

I have been looking at the 7870 http://

But i'd like to hear other people's opinion.

Monitor(s) and resolution?

I went for the 7950 (I have same CPU, mobo, and 16 gigs ram), but depending on your monitor(s), you might be good with a 7870 GHz.

Mostly depends on whether or not you've already purchased a new PSU, as you will need one for either card.

Depends on what you are doing. I have a 7870 hawk which you probably can acquire for ~230 and I love it.

7950 or GTX660ti can be had for just under $300.
Or if you want alittle cheaper 7870 XT http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... which is very strong for the price.

Yea i was looking at the GTX 660ti aswell, will i be ok with my PSU if i were to get it? I won't be overclocking.

Rosewill is so-so so it should work ok.
I would like to note 7950 is a few percent stronger then the 660ti in most cases.
