Hi friends I am about to build a gaming PC. I want to play all the upcoming games on high if not very high or ultra settings at 45+ FPS @1080p. Budget is Rs. 55,000($1,000). This is the configuration :

Motherboard : ASRock Z77 Pro3 Motherboard
http://www.flipkart.com/asrock-z77-pro-3-motherboard/p/...

Processor : Intel 3.4 GHz LGA 1155 Core i5 3570K Processor
http://www.theitdepot.com/details-Intel+Core+i5-3570K+3...

Graphic Card : Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2 GB GDDR5 GV-N660OC-2GD Graphics Card
http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-nvidia-geforce-gtx-660...

RAM : Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9R)
http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vengeance-ddr3-8-gb-2-x...

PSU : Corsair Gaming Series GS500 80 PLUS Certified 500W Power Supply (CMPSU-500GS)
http://www.theitdepot.com/details-Corsair+Gaming+Series...(CMPSU-500GS)_C14P15564.html

CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Cooler
http://www.flipkart.com/cooler-master-hyper-tx3-evo/p/i...

Case : Bitfenix Merc Alpha USB 3.0 Variant ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Black
http://www.theitdepot.com/details-Bitfenix+Merc+Alpha+U...

HDD : WD Caviar Blue 500 GB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (WD5000AAKX)
http://www.flipkart.com/wd-caviar-blue-500-gb-desktop-i...

Optical Drive : LiteOn IHAS124-04 DU DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive
http://www.theitdepot.com/details-LITE-ON+24X+Internal+...(iHAS124-04)_C8P14181.html

Now I have 3 questions :

1. I can save around Rs. 5,000($92) by choosing AMD 8320 CPU + ASRock 970 Extreme3 Mobo. Should I do this ? I have always used and preferred Intel CPUs.

2. Is the PSU enough ? The graphic card requires at least 450W but I always like to keep 100+Watts Extra.

3. Is the CPU Cooler any good ? Hyper 212 Evo is actually out of budget bcause hardware here in India is horribly overpriced.

Any Suggestion is welcome. Waiting for replies !

That looks good to me, I know hardware is really expensive in India but I can't believe the 212 Evo would be that out of the price range. I'd stick with Intel if the primary use is gaming.

I am bharath I live in India Get a ATI Radeon HD 7970 instead of that GTX 660.I like the gtx 660 and the hd 7970 and i have used both of them in my i5 2500k rig (sold it!) I preferred the HD 7970 Because it gave me 25 FPS More THAN GTX 660 IN MAXED OUT SETTINGS!!
